In many cases, it is actually more effective for issues like social anxiety, agoraphobia, or blushing, because you remain in your own comfortable environment. The place where you feel safest.
Will I lose control or say something I don’t want to?
This is a common myth. With hypnotherapy, you are always in control. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation, similar to being “lost” in a good book. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can open your eyes and end the session at any time.
How many sessions will I need?
While every individual is different, most clients see significant shifts within just 1 session. It takes most 3 to 6 sessions to achieve the permanent results they are seeking. What do I need for a Google Meet session?
All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and a comfortable chair or sofa. Unlike Zoom or Whatsapp you don’t need to download any software; I will send you a secure link that you can open directly in your web browser.
Can hypnotherapy help with physical symptoms like blushing?
Absolutely. As explored in my book Beyond Blushing, physical symptoms are often the body’s automatic response to subconscious triggers. By “retraining” the nervous system through hypnotherapy, we can reduce the intensity of these responses and help you feel calm and in control in social situations.
